As a regular contributor to the St. Emlyn’s blog, Combat Medic, Critical Care transport RN, Swift Water rescue expert, planner/speaker for SMACC and one of the minds behind the Teaching Course Ashley has given talks all over the world on a myriad of topics. Of all the things she is an expert about, we were able to speak with her about feedback (insert groan, as we know that no one loves being the receiver or giver of feedback).
