In this not-so-short, short stack, Andy and John are joined by our blog editor, Patricia to discuss a few questions from the Delve Deck that spark some reflection and unexpected laughs. They explore which song each would choose as the soundtrack to their funerals, share tales of past actions that now send shivers down their spines, and reveal personal experiments they swear never to repeat.

What songs must be played at your funeral?

The conversation kicks off with the hosts deliberating on their chosen funeral soundtracks. Andy expresses a desire for a sing-along anthem, landing on “Piano Man” by Billy Joel as his selection. John, aiming for a blend of emotions, picks “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” for its poignant touch, complemented by “The Final Countdown” for comedic relief. Patricia, meanwhile, opts for the timeless elegance of “My Way” by Frank Sinatra.

What seemed harmless to you as a kid that you now look back in horror?

For this segment, the trio dives into those “seemed like a good idea at the time” childhood escapades that, looking back, were just a disaster waiting to happen. Reflecting with their medical expertise as physicians, these stories now evoke a shudder for the risks they unknowingly took.

What have you tried once that you will never try again?

The trio shares their unforgettable encounters with culinary disasters and other activities they vow never to revisit. Among the unexpected answers on their list are tiramisu and paintball.

Don’t miss out on this fun episode to catch all the hilarious anecdotes!
